Amazing Grace

This month, we will watch the movie Amazing Grace at Bob's house in his home theater. The inspirational 2006 historical drama portrays the struggle for abolition of slavery in the British Empire. In 1797, William Wilberforce fights public indifference and slave-trade opposition in his crusade for human rights and social justice.

The meeting, on Saturday, October 17, at 7 p.m., will be at Bob Bugby's house in Ballwin.  Email mail@gatewayobjectivists.net for directions or more information.

"My philosophy, in essence, is the concept of man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute."
